Lead Pastor
Jeffery Thomas II
Jeffery Thomas II is a unique and gifted vessel, whose gifts have placed him in several prominent areas of leadership in community, ministry, and music over the last 25 years.
A native of Indianapolis, IN, Pastor J’s ability to gather, motivate, and develop the gifts of others, has afforded him countless opportunities to serve on many platforms.
Pastor J, a true motivator to his core, remains consistent to this belief: “help people see all that they can be and then help them become all they can be….”
As a he’s been committed to developing the gifts and talents of others through the community driven, “The Release: A Worship Encounter” established in 2017.
Currently, Pastor J serves as Youth Pastor for Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance of Indianapolis. While pursuing a degree in Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University.
LaKieshia S. Owens
Executive Business Administrator
Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, LaKieshia Owens is a devoted mother of 4 adult children and 3 grand-children. While raising a family of 4, LaKieshia obtained her master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Governor’s University and delivered the Graduate Commencement Speech for her class. LaKieshia holds several years of experience in business administration with a passion for governing the affairs of The Bridge Indy. LaKieshia aspires to serve the Lord with her gifts by availing herself to leadership as a vessel to establish order. Her mission aligns with the mission of The Bridge Indy, “To guide people to purpose by connection to Jesus and vibrant faith community.” LaKieshia’s skills and expertise encompass business development, continuous improvement implementation, and policy standardization. She enjoys singing, crafting, and finding more efficient ways to complete everyday tasks.
Rae Karim
Experience Pastor
Rae Karim is a thought leader with a gift of words who pours lived experience into her work. This gift allows her to be a best-selling author, sought-after writer & speaker. She is also a two-time history maker, as the first woman & person of color to pastor non-Black churches in Indianapolis, IN & Honolulu, HI. In all she does, Rae empowers & transforms lives, committed to ensuring she ignites courage on purpose for purpose.
